We once regular customer for this shop and we recommended to our friends as well. But now no order from them never ever.

1) First incident:-

Ok, we ordered pizza and they told 30 min, because we lived near...we wait 45 min and call, trust me worst customer services they doing, they just told my wife on phone that driver on the way and cut the phone..Surprisingly there was no sorry for late delivery or any apology...we again wait 1 hour but no joy...my both kids very hungry and small one slept...then again we ring they no sorry but again they told they are very busy,,,finally after 1 hour and 40 min driver arrived without drink...he said they didn't told him to deliver, then he went back and bring drink and ask for drink money as well, we thought they may compensate for inconvenience but they don't give a damn. So, i decided never order with them again and i'll never. Because the gesture of good customer service is nowhere.

2) Second incident:-

This time my wife ordered again because kids want to eat pizza, same things happened again they said 30 min but we did ring then after 45 min they said driver on the way but no one come, we again ring and they said driver lost the way...we just less than 5 min drive and straight route..Again they late and came after 1 hour 20 min...But this time we didn't give they second chance and we return the pizza and cancelled the order and arrange alternative arrangement which is massive inconvenience at night time.

Here is my view delivery can happened, driver lost the way is acceptable, what where is customer satisfaction gone???

Telephone manner is worst no greeting, no sorry, nothing, its completely unprofessional service, they don't bother at all.

So, if you place an order with this shop please give some food to your kids before so that kids can wait 1:30-2:00 hour wait they took your order but deliver late as usual.

Ilford lane full of take away tries others to avoid disappointment like a hell for no reasons.
