The chips came old and stale and the honey on the spare ribs was like water. I rang to replace but got told this is the way it is. I’ve ordered food there for over 15 years and never had food or service like this. Then I was they would only swap as long as I had not eaten it. How are you supposed to know it’s nasty without trying it. I was then told after a 10 minute conversation between themselves whilst I was left hanging on the phone and the rest of the family was eating there meal that they would replace it if I gave them this back. I then bagged it up and waited. When they came in twos and trying to able intimidating I might add they then hit the torch out and checked the food before handing over the fresh. Absolutely diabolical service. Quite happy to take your money but not as friendly when you pick up on an issue. Totally disgusted , I’m a retail manager and if I treated a customer this way I would expect to loose my job. Not even an apology. Shocking!!!

I was well impressed by the service and the food. The staff was so helpful by explaining and help me and my kids to order by going into detail about their food selection ,and the food was perfect not a problem. enjoyed every last bit our food we brought . My kids are hard to order for but the staff explained so well that my kids ordered quick and I was shocked by that. The price and the great selection was a big range of different kinds of meals from pizzas to burgers to kebabs and to top it off I lovely deserved for after your meal. I don't normally put feedback on websites or food establishment but I had to for Pizza4U. 10/10 for the lovely staff 10/10 for the great food so thank you so much. And now I can't stay away from the establishment it's got my trust and like I said the prices are prefect for a single parent with lack of money. "PERFECT" Thank you

Stew chicken was ok. Oxtail the same… rice and peas was horrendous, never will I eat from there again. But each to their own.
