I tried to book a table at the Framwellgate Moor restaurant for Friday by sending an E-mail as requested but I did not received confirmation. Following this I contacted the restaurant direct to confirm but there was no recognition they has received the booking. As for the meal we were informed that small fish was not available on Fridays but we were not ware of this and the website does not inform anyone of this. Why? The service was very poor and we needed to call the waiter over after waiting many minutes. My opinion is that the experience of visiting this establishment was not good and we would not be returning again.

WENT TO PICK UP MEAL AT CHINA WOK TONIGHT, WHEN I GOT HOME AND CHECKED ORDER; IT WAS WRONG , RANG BACK TO THE LADY AND TOLD HER, SHE SAID NO PROBLEM BRING IT BACK DOWN AND IT WILL BE AN EXTRA £1, SORRY I SAID I HAVE HAD A DRINK, HER REPLY WAS-I WILL DROP YOUR RIGHT ORDER OFF FOR £2.20, WELL I SAID SORRY ITS NOT MY FAULT IT YOURS, SHE REFUSED AND I SAID WELL YOUR LOSS I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO YOU AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, HER REPLY OK FINE AND SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN-VERY CHEEKY LADY AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I use this take away often. I have never had a bad meal from here.
In fact when I go to an Indian restaurant I find myself comparing it to the Osmany and often wish I had gone there instead.
