Papas pizzas Chips, burgers, home made coleslaw and kebab are the best I've had ... their pizzas are also excl but on the rare occasion slightly over done, salad is crispy fresh but really can't rate their cod that well.

The service was fine we had delivery which did not take long the food was still hot and the delivery driver was very pleasant.The food its self was tasteless we had the House special fried rice i asked for the rice to be extra extra brown and it was not, and i expected the dish to be fried rice with the meat and fish and it not have any juices but this did have juice it was more like a chow mien dish than a fried rice dish so bit disappointed.

I visited this take away whilst on holiday over the Easter break, ordered 2 children's meals (£4.75 each), a cod and chips and a large curry sauce. With the children's drinks I asked if I could swap the horrible drink cups offered for bottles of water. The young lad, Blake, who served me asked someone and then came back to me with 2 bottles of water. After a long day, long queue in the take away I was tired and hungry. Blake didn't tell me how much my bill was and I just offered my card, paid and left so I could get the kids and myself fed. When I got back to where I was staying rhe children were disappointed by the fact there was the smallest amount of chips with their side so they had some of mine. Later that evening I checked my bank and realised I'd been charged £23.10!!!! My parents, who we were away with, had ordered 2 cod and chips with a small curry which came to £18 which is about what I expected my bill to be. I immediately contacted the shop via Facebook to basically be told I'd got what I'd asked for and that was the price!!! I was told I'd ordered a LARGE cod and LARGE chips which bumped the price up an EXTRA £5 to my parents bill. The customer service was just awful, it was all my fault for not hearing that asking for bottles of water added an EXTRA 75p onto my bill, it was MY fault that Blake had charged me for a large cod and large chips....there was nothing any different to my meal than there was to my parents, in fact their fish was much nicer, mine was just dry and greasy. I will NEVER visit this chip shop again and unless you have super powers with your hearing, to hear the unsaid, then I'd urge you to so the same. This experience ruined the end of our holiday!!!!!
Oh and just to add, I have now been blocked from their Facebook page, all because I queried my bill with them!!!!!!!!!!

I never go out of my way to leave a bad review but I'm absolutely dumfounded as to what I just spent £40 on and that was with discount!! I got the wrong pizza delivered (small) what equates to a bag of chips, 8 pieces of chewy garlic bread and an overdone box of popcorn chicken. The only saviour was the 3 milkshakes but not as advertised at all! None of the food was. Pictures very misleading. Heavily over priced for what we received and the customer service was so bad. The man who delivered was rude and barely acknowledged me, handed me the food and seemed annoyed he had to deliver the food. Absolutely gutted. First takeaway in ages we have been able to afford and wow what a waste of money. I'm sorry for being so harsh but it's the truth. I ordered a pizza that was a Dallas BBQ meant to have chicken on and received something with meatballs and spicy beef? First and last time we will order.

Service was terrible
Ordered at 7pm for a 8.30pm
Collection, arrived to collect to be told further wait but couldn’t say how long… a further 50 mins later the food was finally ready. No apology just a roll of eyes from the girl taking the orders when I asked how much longer it would be. Had my children waiting in the car for their dinner.
Once food was home it was stone cold.
Staff very arrogant and no understanding of good service. Many customers walked out as fed up of waiting over an hour longer than order collection time . Would not recommend
