We just bought 2 jacket potatoes from Watton kebab house unfortunately it was cold so then we rang up and said to them saying it was cold as a customer I should have my opinion to moan that food wasn't cooked properly and the answer to me you can have your money and your banned. Talk about human rights, what a joke and I hope it don't happen to anyone else}

I've Now just had them ring me giving me abuse on the phone, swearing, screaming , threatening down the phone. All over a customer mentioning the food was cold. I just want everyone to know how much abusive they were. Do you all get treated like that, would like to hear from anyone whose had a form or abuse or food not be prepared properly, anyone's comments would be much appreciated

Ordered food here a few weeks ago wasn't impressed, vowed I'd never eat from here again, but of course I did. Went back tonight and the food was ridiculous good!! So much flavour and everything tasted fresh. Eaten Chinese in many parts of the world but what I had tonight has gotta one of the best. Thank you
