Over two hours late to arrive. Delivery driver was rude and did not apologise for being late. When I contacted them the lady was rude over the phone. No compensation or good will gesture. They just didn’t care!

Asked for garlic mayo on a £5.50 large cheesy chips, pretended to put it on and gave it to us.... The large came in a small polystyrene carton for burgers.

Basically, I Wont be going back.

Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a pizza one evening, specifically one without red onion. The pizza turns up, has red onion on it. After calling them and trying to be understanding that mistakes were made and arrange to have another pizza next time with a discount. I can pick off the onion no biggie, then took a bite, realised it wasnt even the right pizza that i had ordered.

Called them again, explained the situation. They agreed to send me the "correct" order. by which time id already lost my apetite. Second pizza arrives, guess what, WRONG again. So i call them and explain, they then offer me another pizza delivered. (Bearing in mind almost 2 hours had pasy had 2 wrong pizzas delivered and apetite was long gone). Both pizzas went in the bin after a bite out of each.

I was a little frustrated this time to have to call them AGAIN, this time we agreed my next order whatever it was would be free. Called them this evening for 1 pizza and a cheesey garlic pizza. Only to be told i had to pay for the delivery and the extra pizza?! I explained to the guy on the phone the situation, he passed me on to another employee, i assume as he had better english and he refused to honour the agreement.

How about that for customer service? I have been buying from these theives for 10 years. Not anymore. Absolute JOKE. Any place i find the name of this buiseness i will be posting this review. Next time honour your customers and your word.
