Good customer service on the phone along with prompt delivery time and was even told I would get sauces as a good will pizza was piping hot and delivered on time

I belong to a sports club and we planned a "pizza party" after our last event of the year (on Sunday 3/12/2023) - ordered 10 x 18" pizzas. I rang up Sat evening to place the order as we wanted to ensure delivery for 1pm on the Sunday. They called back on Sunday 11am to confirm the order. Pizzas were delivered promptly at 1pm.
All our members were very happy with the pizzas and dips (BBQ Chicken, BBQ Meat Lover, Meat Feast, Hawaiian & Veg Supreme) and none was left over!
Excellent customer service from the delivery guy, and also Hothouse who added a couple of bottles (1.5L) of soft drink free.
Will be happy to order from them again next year!

This place has gone down hill the last 2 years. I’ve just ordered a kebab and it’s covered in burger sauce when I asked for chilli and garlic. I’m sick of the bad food! Pizza always dripping with oil

Absolutely rude service the person behind the counter could not understand English properly and had to tell him twice about the order and when we went to collect he gave the wrong drink and because we went out of the shop (10seconds) came back to change the drink he refused to take it back to exchange to the one we ordered, he actually asked for more money!! He said as we stepped out of the door he would not exchange the drink. I have never heard anything like this. This place was over run by rats last year so be careful!
