Ordered many times and enjoyed the food. However ordered at 6.40 today told 1hr 20mins wait which was ok, at 8.30 still no food, called, on its way. 8.50 still no food, called to cancel, food arrived as on phone. Not a big order but over 2 hours as a car broken down. Why not say this at 8.30. Sent food away as too late. Daughter who had ordered on her phone then received call from owner shouting at her for not cancelling sooner. Husband spoke to driver & owner stating why food rejected. Daughter had to block number. If they had been honest about things and not abusive we would have understood. We were told food was piping hot yet it was as in a broken down vehicle? They had forgotten so why not say. Our weekly order will now go elsewhere.

Brilliant food, never had a problem with Roshan's, food is fresh and always turns up hot, I accidentally wrote a bad review on Just Eat about Roshan's and I meant to write it about somewhere else, my mistake, never had a bad experience.

Ordered from here the last 8 years of my life. Recently moved address still within WF17 area. They continued to deliver on 2 more occasions until they started rejecting my orders. I phoned up and they state that I entered the incorrect postcode (I didn’t, it’s a new build property) he got very shirty with me raising his voice and aggravated attitude saying it’s wrong and I’m too far that it’s outside 3 miles (it isn’t, it’s bang on 2.9) I tried to explain this is my favourite place and it is within 3 miles and they hung up on me. Honestly disgraceful service. Tracking my orders back I have genuinely made over 1,000 orders and this is the kind of treatment you get. Do not respect their customers in the slightest.
